All orders placed on Vaidheeki Vasthram are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery time depends on customer location. Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
Delivery delays due to courier issues or festivals are not under our control.✅ Tip: You will receive an SMS and email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched from our studio.

⚠️ COD Fee: A convenience fee of ₹49 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders, regardless of order value. This is non-refundable even if the order is returned.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Courier Partners
We work with India's most trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier is assigned automatically based on your pincode, order value, and delivery type.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- 📱 An SMS with your AWB (tracking) number and a tracking link
- 📧 An Email confirmation with order details and tracking info
- 🔔 Real-time status updates at each delivery milestone
You can also track your order anytime on our website at /track using your Order ID and registered mobile number.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available across India for orders up to ₹25,000. Please keep the exact amount ready — our delivery partners may not carry change. UPI payment at doorstep is also accepted for most pincodes.

⚠️ If you refuse a COD delivery without a valid reason, your account may be flagged and future COD orders may be restricted.
International Shipping
Currently, Vaidheeki Vasthram ships only within India. We are actively working on enabling international shipping to the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. Please write to us at care@vaidheekivasthram.in for international order inquiries and we will assist you manually.

Delays & Issues
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather events
- Public holidays or regional strikes
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Customer unavailable at time of delivery
- Courier operational delays in remote areas
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team at care@vaidheekivasthram.in or WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210. We will investigate and resolve within 2 business days.

Every Vaidheeki Vasthram saree is shipped with the care it deserves. Your order will arrive:
- 🎁 Wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to protect the weave and zari
- 📦 Placed inside a branded rigid box with foam padding for fragile pieces
- ✍️ Accompanied by a handwritten care note from our team
- 🏷️ A weaver's story card detailing the artisan who crafted your saree
- ♻️ Packaged using eco-friendly, recyclable materials wherever possible
